MOOV with Oona is a fun, friendly dance school based in Cross Roads, West Yorkshire. We also hold classes in Bingley, West Yorkshire. We offer both adults and children's classes for all abilities. The classes are taught by Oona who has an enhanced DBS check and holds all the relevant first aid certificates and insurance.

Dance is such a great way to keep moving, express yourself and have fun! It has been shown to improve confidence, self esteem and is a great way to meet others and socialise. Dance classes are available for both children and adults at MOOV. With a variety of different genres theres something to suit everyone! You will be joining an inclusive community of people in a fun and welcoming space.

Join Oona for Pilates classes and begin to feel the benefits. An improved mood and feeling of wellbeing, increased energy and flexibility, improved posture and a sense of achievement are just some of the reasons you will leave the class feeling happy and brand new. Oona holds specialised qualifications in Exercise referral, Exercise for older adults, Pre and Post natal exercise and Lower back pain.
Find Out MoreOur classes are taught by Oona, an experienced dancer and performer with a passion for teaching dance. She loves to make every class fun and engaging, and she gives 100% to all of her students so they can get the best service possible.
Most of our classes are held at the Lees Methodist Church, Cross Roads. You’re welcome to wait in the waiting room or drop your child off and come back when their class is finished. There are also some classes at Eldwick Scout Building and St James Church, Cross Roads.
We also take part in a termly Demonstration for parents to watch, and in the near future we may have some exciting shows for you to take part in!
