MOOV with Oona is a great choice your children or yourself. MOOV combines traditional dance styles with contemporary, hip hop, pop, classical and jazz to give you a fun and exciting introduction to dance. The core focus is about having fun in a creative way through movement, not just learning the steps and formations!

Oona is very passionate about helping each individual to improve and is very giving to all her dancers. She will not only help you learn the steps, but also provides the technical aspects that go along with the dance form.

We believe in the importance of keeping fit, but not at the expense of feeling amazing!

We Enjoy dance, Pilates and Yoga because they are great fun but also because they are super effective ways to improve both muscular strength and cardio-vascular endurance. As well as encouraging the release of natural feel-good endorphins
